All Sales Are Final

Because every product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including incorrect size, color, or change of mind.

Please review all product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Once verified, we’ll issue a store credit equal to the price paid for the affected item (excluding shipping or taxes unless required by law).

You do not need to return the item, you’re welcome to keep or donate it.

How to report an issue:

1. Email support@theonyxsheep.com with your order number in the subject line.

2. Include clear photos showing the issue (e.g., misprint, damage, packaging).

3. Let us know if any items were missing or incorrect.

We’ll review your claim and respond with next steps. Approved claims receive store credit sent to the email used at checkout.

Shipping Issues

If your package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, or if it’s returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us.

We’re happy to help, but replacements or reshipments in these cases are typically at the customer’s expense.

For packages lost in transit (never marked delivered), we will investigate with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the loss, we may issue a store credit at our discretion.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Production begins shortly after an order is placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately.

Once production has started, we’re unable to modify or cancel the order.

Store Credit Details

• Credits are issued in the currency used at checkout and applied via discount code or store balance.

• Credits are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

• Unless prohibited by law, credits do not expire.
